Hanoi mobilizes people to participate in fire fighting, rescue and relief competitions

To create a vibrant competitive atmosphere, promote propaganda, and launch a movement for the entire population to participate in fire prevention, fire fighting, and rescue, the City People's Committee assigned the City Police to preside over, develop a detailed plan and program to organize the contest and notify relevant departments, branches, agencies, units, and establishments for coordination in implementation.

In addition, the City Police coordinate, guide and direct the forces and means mobilized to participate in the competition in training and rehearsals for the rally, parade and demonstration of the city's forces; reward and propose rewards at all levels for collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in competition and organization of the competition according to regulations; arrange forces to ensure security and order in related areas to serve the organization of the competition.

The Department of Culture and Sports directed its specialized units to support the city team in training and organizing competitions in rescue swimming at the My Dinh Aquatic Sports Palace.

At the same time, the Department of Culture and Sports coordinates and supports the City Police in training athletes participating in competitions; directs press and media agencies to increase propaganda about fire prevention and fighting work of the city and the final round of the 2025 fire fighting and rescue competition before and during the competition.

The People's Committees of districts, towns and cities notify the people to know and mobilize the masses to participate in cheering on the contest. This is an opportunity to propagate and raise awareness and knowledge about fire prevention and fighting for the people.

The People's Committees of Nam Tu Liem, Bac Tu Liem and Cau Giay districts mobilized 45 people from each district from the grassroots security force, civil defense force and militia force to participate in training for the rally and parade to demonstrate the force at the competition.
