Ha Tinh implements a campaign to support the Cuban people

The time to receive support is from now until October 16, 2025. The Provincial Red Cross Society will summarize and transfer all the support money to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society to transfer to the Cuban people to ensure the proposed plan.
