Two out of three members of the Board of Members of Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation resigned from February 20, 2024.

Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation has just announced information on changes in senior personnel according to the provisions of Article 110 of the Enterprise Law issued on June 17, 2020 on the disclosure of unusual information.

Accordingly, on February 20, 2024, the Ministry of Finance issued Decision No. 270/QD-BTC on the resignation of Mr. Duong Van Thanh - Member of the Board of Members, General Director of Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation from the position of enterprise manager and Decision No. 269/QD-BTC on the resignation of Mr. Pham Trung Minh - Member of the Board of Members of Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation from the position of enterprise manager from February 20, 2024 for personal reasons.

VSDC's Board of Members consists of 3 members. Mr. Nguyen Son is in charge of the Board of Members. Mr. Duong Van Thanh and Pham Trung Minh are members of the Board of Members. Mr. Duong Van Thanh also holds the position of General Director according to the appointment decision in December 2012. Mr. Pham Trung Minh was appointed as a member of the Board of Members since 2018.
