Ham Thuan Nam is ready for the National Festival.

The election of National Assembly representatives and People's Council representatives at all levels is not only an important political event for Lam Dong province and the country, but also an opportunity for the people to exercise their right to self-governance, directly choosing worthy representatives who will represent the will and aspirations of the voters.

In Ham Thuan Nam commune, Lam Dong province, preparations for the March 15th election are being carried out seriously and comprehensively, ensuring that the "National Election Day" takes place democratically, safely, and in accordance with the law.

Thorough preparation and compliance with regulations are essential.

In preparation for the 16th National Assembly elections and the elections for People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term, Ham Thuan Nam commune has been implementing many important tasks to ensure the best conditions for election day.

The entire commune currently has over 22,200 voters, who are allocated to vote at 10 polling stations in the villages within the commune. To effectively organize the election, the locality has established a Commune Election Committee with 17 members; at the same time, it has established 7 Election Boards and 10 Polling Station Teams at the polling stations.

The assigned departments were given specific tasks, adhering closely to legal regulations and the overall progress of the election. The process of compiling and posting voter lists was carried out seriously, openly, and transparently.

The voter list has been thoroughly reviewed and posted at the commune People's Committee headquarters, village cultural centers, and many public places, making it convenient for people to monitor and check the information. To date, the locality has not recorded any complaints related to the voter list.

The Ham Thuan Nam commune carries out propaganda work in various forms.

Simultaneously, preparations for the necessary infrastructure for election day are being carried out comprehensively. Polling stations at village cultural centers have been inspected and fully equipped with polling rooms, ballot boxes, tables and chairs, and areas for posting the biographies and action programs of the candidates.

The decoration and arrangement of space at polling stations were also carried out solemnly, creating favorable conditions for voters to participate in the election. Local authorities also focused on developing plans to ensure security and order, prevent fires and explosions, and maintain environmental hygiene, contributing to ensuring that election day takes place safely and in accordance with regulations.

Along with organizational preparations, Ham Thuan Nam commune is paying special attention to propaganda work to help people understand the meaning and importance of the election. Along the central roads, a system of billboards, banners, and flags has been installed, creating a vibrant atmosphere leading up to election day.

Information related to the election was also regularly disseminated through public address systems, local fan pages, and Zalo groups in residential areas. This diversification of communication methods helped voters stay informed about regulations, understand their rights and obligations, and thus enhance their sense of responsibility when participating in the election.

Local voters are very interested in the candidates being nominated this time.
