Restrict vehicles heading to Hanoi to serve A80

(Chinhphu.vn) - The Traffic Police Department (Ministry of Public Security) is planning to divert and restrict traffic towards Hanoi to serve the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 (A80).

Restricted vehicles include: Trucks of 10 tons or more, passenger cars of 45 seats or more (except passenger cars on fixed routes, buses, garbage collection vehicles, incident response vehicles, vehicles with badges serving celebrations and priority vehicles).

Accordingly, the time frame for restricting road vehicles operating in the direction of Hanoi includes: From 3:00 p.m. on August 21 to 5:00 a.m. on August 22; from 3:00 p.m. on August 24 to 5:00 a.m. on August 25; from 3:00 p.m. on August 27 to 5:00 a.m. on August 28; from 4:00 p.m. on August 29 to 5:00 p.m. on August 30 and from 4:00 p.m. on September 1 to 5:00 p.m. on September 2.

Restricted vehicles include: Trucks of 10 tons or more, passenger cars of 45 seats or more (except for passenger cars on fixed routes, buses, garbage collection vehicles, incident response vehicles, vehicles with badges serving celebrations and priority vehicles on duty).

During the above period, the traffic police will restrict the vehicles as mentioned above from circulating on some routes.

Specifically, the expressways include Hanoi - Ninh Binh (section from Thuong Tin intersection, Km 192+300, Hong Van commune, Hanoi); Hanoi - Hai Phong expressway (section from Yen My intersection, Km 21+500); Hanoi - Thai Nguyen expressway (section from Van Xuan intersection with National Highway 3 at Km 40+700 to the intersection with National Highway 18 in Yen Phong commune, Bac Ninh province).

Next is the Hanoi - Lao Cai expressway (from Binh Xuyen - IC3 intersection, CT05 intersection with provincial road 310B in Binh Xuyen commune, Phu Tho province).

For national highways including: National Highway 1A (from the intersection of Phan Trong Tue Street, Provincial Road 70A - Ngoc Hoi National Highway 1A); National Highway 1A (Hanoi - Bac Giang Expressway) from the intersection with Hanoi - Thai Nguyen Expressway (Km 152+600 National Highway 1A).

National Highway 2: From the intersection of National Highway 2 - Vo Van Kiet Street. National Highway 3: From the Cavalry Police Regiment (Ba Xuyen Ward, Thai Nguyen Province) → the intersection of Cach Mang Thang Tam Street and National Highway 3 - Nam Tien intersection (from Km 46+650 to Km 41+900) → Tran Nguyen Han Street (Van Xuan Ward, Thai Nguyen Province) - to Van Xuan intersection.

National Highway 5: From Cau Chui intersection (Nguyen Van Linh - Nguyen Van Cu). National Highway 6: From the intersection with Hoa Lac - Hoa Binh road (Km 65+100 National Highway 6).

There is also National Highway 21A: Section from the intersection with National Highway 32 to Cho Ben intersection (intersection of National Highway 21A with Ho Chi Minh Road). National Highway 18: Section from the intersection with Hanoi - Thai Nguyen Expressway (Yen Phong Commune, Bac Ninh Province).
