According to the Ministry of Industry and Trade 's requirements, vehicles will be classified into three groups: fully compatible; conditionally compatible or requiring technical considerations; and vehicles not recommended for use with E10 gasoline. Businesses must also assess the impact of E10 on engines, fuel systems, operating performance, fuel consumption, and vehicle durability.
The ministry also requested that companies develop maintenance guidelines, technical support procedures, and customer feedback procedures during the transition period to the new fuel.
This move comes as E10 RON95-III gasoline is expected to be widely available from June, gradually replacing traditional mineral gasoline. The results of the review must be reported by businesses to the Ministry of Industry and Trade before June 5th.
