According to regulations from the Ministry of Education and Training , before 5 PM today (August 27th), all candidates admitted to universities must complete the first round of online enrollment confirmation on the Ministry of Education and Training's system. Candidates who fail to confirm their enrollment by this time will be considered to have forfeited their opportunity to attend the university they were admitted to.
Please note the following details regarding the admission process:
Step 1: Log in
- Access the website http://thisinh.thitotnghiepthpt.edu.vn
- Enter your ID number, login code, and verification code, then click the Login button.
Step 2: Access the "Lookup Admission Results" option from the displayed menu.
What should applicants keep in mind regarding the deadline for confirming their enrollment?
Step 3: Check the admission results. Note that each school the candidate applied to only has one result: passed or failed. If the screen displays "failed," it means the candidate failed to get accepted into any of the schools they applied to.
Step 4: Confirm enrollment.
Step 5: Click Agree to complete the enrollment confirmation.
Step 6: Check the "Enrolled" status.
Failure to complete all six steps will result in the candidate declining the opportunity to be admitted to university. The "Enrolled" status indicates that the candidate has successfully confirmed their enrollment.
During the enrollment confirmation process, candidates with questions can contact the hotline 18008000, extension number 2, for assistance.
The Ministry of Education and Training requires all educational institutions to stipulate that all candidates confirm their enrollment online through the system before enrolling at the institution. Schools must update the list of admitted candidates, enrollment periods, admission methods, and training formats according to the correct data structure and regulations in the admissions categories (general schools, disadvantaged communes, especially disadvantaged communes, etc.) and within the specified timeframe.
From August 28th to December, candidates wishing to apply for supplementary admission rounds at educational institutions should follow the admission plan posted on the institution's admissions website.
Please note that candidates who have been admitted and confirmed their enrollment are not allowed to participate in the second round of supplementary admissions, except in cases where the head of the training institution permits them not to enroll.
What documents do new students need to submit?
In the admission letter sent to applicants, universities will provide detailed information about the documents new students need to prepare. Typically, the required admission documents include:
- Admission confirmation letter
- Student/Applicant's Resume
- High school transcript
- Certificate of high school graduation exam results
- Birth certificate
- Citizen ID card
- 3x4 or 4x6 photo
- Health certificate, certificate of eligibility for social welfare programs (if applicable)
- Membership Book
- Party membership transfer certificate (for new students who have already joined the Party)
- Letter of introduction for military service transfer (for male students)
