Ly Hai and his team organized numerous meet-and-greet events with audiences in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi since the film's domestic release on April 26th. After four days of screenings, the crew visited Bien Hoa (Dong Nai) and several cities in Binh Duong province.
Due to the tight schedule and frequent travel to various locations, the cast and crew interacted with the audience during or at the end of the film, depending on the theater's showtime. When the artists appeared, many people applauded, creating a lively atmosphere.
Among the audience, many chose to watch the film with their families. Audience member Duong Thi Huyen, 46, attended with her mother and four other relatives. "The film had many scenes that made me cry; I felt even more sorry for my mother. The film perfectly reflects my feelings of not being able to provide fully for my parents," she said.

Producer Minh Ha - Ly Hai's wife - said that the film crew interacts with the audience from morning until past midnight every day. The crew sometimes gets tired from the heat, but when they meet the audience, the whole team is excited and happy.
Ly Hai's family also creates opportunities for his four children to interact with people around them through social gatherings. The director said that not only in part seven, but the children had also participated in several meet-and-greet events related to many of his previous works. "Every time they hear that we're organizing a cinetour, the four children are excited. I always want my children to be confident and get acquainted with new things," Ly Hai said.
In the new installment, Ly Hai focuses on the family-romance genre. The main character is Mrs. Hai (actress Thanh Hien) and her family of five children. Having lost her husband early, Mrs. Hai single-handedly raised her children in the impoverished district of Lac Duong ( Lam Dong province ). As they grew up, each child left home to pursue their careers elsewhere. After an accident, the 73-year-old mother is confined to a wheelchair. The children push the responsibility onto each other, drawing lots to determine who will be responsible for caring for their mother for a week.
