Acknowledging and appreciating the unit's community outreach activities, Comrade Le Van Quy, Secretary of the Party Committee of Yen Trach commune, said: "The soldiers' field exercises and community outreach work are truly a bright spot, contributing to strengthening the solidarity between the unit and the locality. Each officer and soldier of Regiment 246, upon arrival, joined hands to renovate roads, repair houses, and bring smiles to the people."
Lieutenant Colonel Luong Quoc Khanh, Political Commissar of Regiment 246, affirmed: “Implementing the model of ‘Field marches for civilian outreach’ not only helps the people with meaningful actions but also creates conditions for officers and soldiers in the unit to improve their skills and experience in conducting civilian outreach work, thereby effectively fulfilling the function of a working army, contributing to maintaining political security, social order and safety, consolidating national defense and security, and building a solid ‘people's support’ base.”
