Cau Gie - Ninh Binh Expressway Project
This is the first expressway project that Phuong Thanh Tranconsin has participated in constructing. In this project, the company is responsible for constructing package 3.1A (Km 227+500-Km 229+841.86), with a length of 2.34km. The contract value is 137 billion VND.
Noi Bai - Lao Cai Expressway Project
In this project, Phuong Thanh Tranconsin is responsible for the construction of package A7 (Km 190+420 - Km 201+000), with a length of 13km, and packages A5+A6 (Km 141+000 - Km 158+900), with a length of nearly 18km. The total contract value is nearly 1,000 billion VND.
At the project, the contractor set a record for constructing the highest MSE-reinforced retaining wall in Vietnam.
The North-South Expressway project, specifically the Ho Chi Minh City - Long Thanh - Dau Giay section.
In this project, Phuong Thanh Company is responsible for the construction of package number 7 (Km0 - Km 2+00), with a contract value of 470 billion VND.
The Bach Dang Bridge project, connecting roads, and the final interchange are being implemented under the BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model.
In this project, Phuong Thanh Tranconsin is undertaking the construction of package XL01 (Km 19+800 - Km 22+260), which includes 10 bridge approach spans. The contract value is 1,079 billion VND.
Da Nang - Quang Ngai Expressway Project
In this project, Phuong Thanh is responsible for the construction of package number 5 (Km 32+600 - Km 42+000). The contract value is 542 billion VND.
At the project, the contractor set a record for constructing the longest MSE-reinforced retaining wall in Vietnam (nearly 800 meters).
Ha Long - Van Don Expressway Project
In this project, Phuong Thanh Tranconsin is responsible for the construction of the section from Km 43+000 to Km 53+600; and the Traffic Safety Package (Km 0+00 - Km 53+600). The total value of the contracts is over 1,500 billion VND.
Investment project to upgrade the Phap Van - Cau Gie route.
In this project, Phuong Thanh Tranconsin has renovated and upgraded a nearly 30km stretch of the route. The total value of the project is 6,700 billion VND. This is the first project Phuong Thanh has participated in as an investor.
This is the first project in Vietnam to apply the technology of constructing roads with porous asphalt for surface drainage.
Tien Yen - Mong Cai Expressway Project
In this project, Phuong Thanh Tranconsin was selected to construct the following packages: R2&R2A (Km 87+080 - Km 96+900); R6B&B6 (Km 134+780 - Km 138+000); XL-BTN01 package for the construction of the asphalt concrete surface layer; the traffic safety system construction package; the guardrail and fence package TLS1; and the guardrail and fence package TLS3. The total value of the contracts undertaken is over 1,000 billion VND.
North-South Expressway Project, Mai Son - National Highway 45 section
In this project, Phuong Thanh Tranconsin won the bid for package 13-XL: Construction of the section from Km 307+600 to Km 318+000 (including survey and design drawings). The contract value is 318 billion VND.
North-South Expressway Project, Phan Thiet - Dau Giay section
In this project, Phuong Thanh Tranconsin is executing package 2-XL: Construction of the section from Km 16+400 to Km 47+672 (including survey and design drawings). The contract value is 1,238 billion VND.
In addition to nearly 180km already under construction, Phuong Thanh Tranconsin is currently the contractor for over 45km of highways across the country, including:
+ Package XL02: Construction of the section from Km 600+700 to Km 624+228 (including survey and detailed design) of the North-South Expressway project (eastern section) giai đoạn 2021-2025, with a length of nearly 24km and a construction value of 3,823/5,098 billion VND.
+ Package XL01: Construction of the section from Km 285+000 to Km 337+500 (including survey and detailed design) of the North-South Expressway project (eastern section) giai đoạn 2021-2025, length 5km, construction value undertaken is 470/4,700 billion VND.
+ Package XL02: Construction of the section from Km 43+000 to Km 54+500 (including survey and detailed design) of component project 2 - Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway investment project, length 7.5km, construction value 900 billion VND.
+ Package No. 43: Construction of the section from Km 17+240 to Km 31+280 (including survey and detailed design) of component project 1 - Chau Doc - Soc Trang - Can Tho Expressway Investment Project, length over 9km, contract value 1,800 billion VND.
+ Package No. 15: Construction of Ben Rung Bridge under the Ben Rung Bridge construction investment project, length 1km, contract value of 458/1,810 billion VND.
