According to the restaurant's chef, the key to the deliciousness of the dish is the yellowstripe scad. The fish must be fresh, with a firm body and red gills. After the fish is cleaned, the meat is sliced and the bones are removed. When preparing it, the belly needs to be cleaned so that the fish no longer has a fishy smell. To make the fish more flavorful and delicious, the chef will marinate the fish with some necessary spices...

Also a noodle soup, but the way to prepare yellow striped silverfish noodle soup is completely different from other places. In addition to the sliced yellow striped silverfish ingredient, we also have to mention the toughness of each noodle, when blanched in the broth it becomes shiny, fragrant with the smell of rice. The broth is rich, with a lot of fish meat, and fresh ingredients every day. The broth is simmered for many hours with pork bones and some vegetables for a natural sweetness, creating a flavor that cannot be confused with any other noodle soup dish.

The bowl is decorated with the green color of finely chopped coriander. Soak the chili peppers in a bowl of pure salty fish sauce, squeeze in a little lime, stir well and enjoy the fish noodle soup. The spicy taste of the chili peppers blends with the taste of the noodles, plus a little sweetness and fat of the golden threadfin fish, making everyone sniffle and praise it as delicious.
