The SSI system is experiencing another problem.

On the first morning of the new trading week (May 11th), the trading system of SSI Securities Corporation experienced a malfunction, preventing investors from logging in to trade.

According to feedback from many investors, immediately after the company opened, they were unable to log into their accounts on the app or website to conduct transactions.

The system was able to log in around 10 AM, but investors reported it was "very slow".

This is not the first time SSI's system has malfunctioned like this. Previously, on May 6th, the securities sector attracted significant capital inflows during the trading session, but in the afternoon, SSI's system experienced a problem that prevented many customers from logging into their accounts. Many investors complained of losses due to their inability to buy or sell at a critical point in the trading session.

Regarding businesses participating in cryptocurrency exchanges, out of the 7 applications submitted to the Ministry of Finance , only 5 passed the preliminary round: VPBank, LPBank, Techcombank, VIX Securities, and Sun Group. Meanwhile, SSI Digital Technology Joint Stock Company, representing the SSI ecosystem, was among the applications that did not meet the regulations.

On the market, at nearly 10:00 AM, the VN-Index increased by 4.74 points (0.24%), reaching 1,920.21 points. SSI shares were trading at 28,350 VND per share.
