On March 28th, actor Phuong Binh provided an update on director Phuoc Sang's health.

"My friend is out of danger and is now continuing with physiotherapy. Thank you to the audience and colleagues for your concern," the actor shared.

The actress from "The Tiger Bride" also shared photos of Phuoc Sang during his treatment at Thong Nhat Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City. After a week of hospitalization due to a stroke, Phuoc Sang is now able to eat and drink on his own.

In the comments section, viewers sent messages of concern and sympathy, noting that the once-famous producer now looks thin and much older than his 55 years.

Many colleagues, such as comedian Huu Nghia, People's Artist My Uyen, actress Phi Nga, and MC Ngoc Tien, wished Phuoc Sang a speedy recovery and discharge from the hospital.

Previously, according to MC Quyền Linh, director Phước Sang was hospitalized for a week due to a stroke. "I'm currently filming in Cần Giờ so I haven't been able to visit him yet. His health has improved," Quyền Linh said on March 27th.

According to information from Thong Nhat Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City, Phuoc Sang was admitted to the Interventional Cardiology Emergency Department. After receiving emergency treatment, the film producer overcame the critical stage and is recovering well.

Currently, Phuoc Sang is continuing his physical therapy and may be discharged from the hospital in the next few days.

This is not the first time Phuoc Sang has been hospitalized due to a stroke. In 2013, the director was hospitalized before the premiere of his Lunar New Year film, "Do You Dare to Love Me?". His ex-wife, Kim Thu, attended the premiere on his behalf, as he had invested in and produced the film.

In numerous interviews, Phuoc Sang has stated that his health is unstable, and he has suffered several strokes due to complications from high blood pressure. "I might be sitting here talking today, but tomorrow I could be gone. I find joy in life in watching my children grow and mature," Phuoc Sang said.

Phuoc Sang, born in 1969, is a renowned Vietnamese actor and film producer. In the 2000s, Phuoc Sang successfully established himself as a director and producer of comedy films, with many famous works such as "When Men Get Pregnant," "Surrogate Mother," "Teen Princess and the Five Generals," etc.

After the bankruptcy in 2012, Phuoc Sang Film Company declined. He also became less involved in artistic activities.
