New tray plating production facilities receive provincial support for land rental costs and the purchase of new plating trays.

These include 47 demonstration models of machine transplanting, each covering 3-4 hectares, and 31 expanded models of machine transplanting, each covering 10-20 hectares. Binh Giang and Thanh Mien districts continue to have the most machine transplanting models in the province, with 14 models each. Kinh Mon town and Gia Loc district did not have any machine transplanting tray seedling models that received support. In addition, the province also supported the expansion of 4 machine transplanting tray seedling production facilities and the establishment of 6 completely new facilities.

According to the "Development of Machine-Transplanted Rice Area in the 2020-2025 Period" project, demonstration models of machine transplanting receive support of approximately 3.7 million VND/ha, while expanded machine transplanting models receive support of approximately 2.2 million VND/ha. New seedling tray production facilities receive provincial support of 50 million VND/facility for land rental costs; support for purchasing new seedling trays at 10,000 VND/tray, with a total of no more than 20,000 trays supported. Facilities also receive support for the initial purchase of growing medium for use as a seedbed for 10,000 or more machine-transplanted seedling trays, with a total supported amount of no more than 80 tons/facility, at a rate of 1,000 VND/kg, equivalent to 50% of the cost of purchasing the growing medium.
