Support people of merged communes in Huong Khe to register land changes

In one day, the Huong Khe - Vu Quang branch of the Land Registration Office processed procedures related to changes in land use right certificates for 1,026 households in Dien My commune (Huong Khe, Ha Tinh ).

Residents of Dien My commune are delighted after receiving assistance with land registration changes.

In 2019, Dien My commune was merged from Phuong My commune and Phuong Dien commune, so the addresses of land users on the land use right certificates of the people have changed and fluctuated.

To facilitate the registration of changes in address, plot number, and map sheet number, the Huong Khe - Vu Quang branch of the Land Registration Office directly assisted local residents. On November 12th, the agency completed procedures related to the registration of changes in land use right certificates for 1,026 households, involving over 2,230 certificates.

The fact that specialized agencies directly handle adjustments to changes in land use right certificates at the grassroots level has helped people reduce time and costs, and quickly complete land-related procedures after mergers.

Mr. Duong Kim Phong, Director of the Huong Khe - Vu Quang branch of the Land Registration Office, said: "The unit took advantage of the holiday to carry out the task, thereby reducing pressure on the one-stop service at the commune and district levels, while also quickly resolving needs and reducing travel time, avoiding inconvenience for the people. In the coming time, the unit will continue to coordinate with the People's Committee of the commune to provide free support to the remaining households."
