At this time of year, the mountainous landscape of Ta Xua commune, Bac Yen district ( Son La province) is adorned with the pink hues of early-blooming peach blossoms, surprising and delighting many tourists who happily capture beautiful commemorative photos.
Ta Xua is located at an altitude of 2,800 meters above sea level. In October, the weather is cool, and the vibrant pink cherry blossoms bloom, making spring feel imminent. Currently, traveling to Ta Xua is very convenient and easy. Tourists can take a bus, traveling 200 km from Hanoi to Bac Yen. Then, they can rent a motorbike or car to travel independently to Ta Xua, which is more than 10 km from the center of Bac Yen town.
Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hoan, a tourist from Hanoi, shared: "I've been to Ta Xua many times, mainly to chase the clouds. This year, returning to Ta Xua, I was surprised and delighted to see the peach blossoms blooming early. The scenery filled me with excitement and anticipation, as if Tet (Vietnamese New Year) had arrived. I spent a whole day taking photos of the early-blooming peach blossoms in Ta Xua to share with my family and friends."

Meanwhile, Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Thu, a tourist from Hai Phong, happily said: "Initially, I came here with the intention of chasing clouds, but seeing the early blooming peach blossoms was a big surprise. Along with the fresh air and the majestic scenery of the mountains and forests, it gave me a truly unique experience."
Ta Xua has many types of peach blossoms, but mainly wild peach blossoms and rock peach blossoms; some villages even have bell-shaped peach blossoms. To capture impressive photos with peach blossoms, visitors should seek out villages with ancient, moss-covered peach trees, enjoying the romantic scenery of the trees alongside the traditional houses of the Mong ethnic people.
Mr. Giàng A Lềnh, from Tà Xùa village, Tà Xùa commune, said: "This year, the peach blossoms bloomed earlier than usual, but they still have a deep red color and are very beautiful. I am very happy to see many tourists coming here to admire the scenery, enjoy the flowers, and experience the culture and daily life of the Hmong people in the highlands, creating opportunities for the people to increase their income through the development of experiential tourism."
