During a press conference on December 1st, Miss Ý Nhi revealed that she had undergone cosmetic surgery to enhance her appearance.

The beauty queen shared: "Lately, I've received many compliments on my appearance. Today, I confess that my appearance has been further enhanced by cosmetic procedures."

Ý Nhi confirmed that she had breast augmentation, rhinoplasty, and eyelid surgery. This is also the first time the Miss World Vietnam 2023 winner has admitted to having cosmetic procedures.

Miss Ý Nhi revealed that she underwent cosmetic surgery two months after winning the crown. This was also the period when the beauty queen, born in 2002, "went into hiding" due to a series of controversies related to her statements.

Miss Ý Nhi said that her eyes weren't symmetrical, so she decided to have inner corner eye surgery to look more attractive. Additionally, the 2002-born beauty also feels more confident after undergoing cosmetic surgery on her nose.

The beauty queen also shared that her previous appearance made it quite difficult to find suitable outfits, but after undergoing cosmetic surgery, she confidently wears a wider variety of clothes. Recently, she has often worn revealing, low-cut designs that attract attention at events. Most recently, she became the center of attention when she wore a daring outfit on the red carpet of designer Ha Thanh Viet's fashion show.

Miss Ý Nhi is currently studying abroad in Australia for two years, but occasionally returns to Vietnam to participate in entertainment activities. In addition, the beauty queen born in 2002 is also preparing for her participation in the 72nd Miss World pageant.

In June, Ý Nhi returned to Vietnam and received the sash representing Vietnam from the reigning Miss World, Krystyna Pyszková. Huynh Tran Y Nhi was born in 2002 and hails from Binh Dinh province. She is studying Business Administration at the International University - Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City.

After being crowned Miss World Vietnam 2023, Ý Nhi received significant attention from the audience. However, the 21-year-old beauty has been continuously embroiled in controversies related to her statements during media interactions.

Following the controversy, Ý Nhi issued an apology, admitting to making mistakes in her statements. However, the scandal still significantly affected Ý Nhi's image. She went into "hiding" for three months, not appearing on social media or in public.

In November 2023, Miss Ý Nhi unexpectedly announced that she would be going to Australia to study for two years.
