"Moc Chau local expert" Vu Quang Kien, 29, said his group found Hill 77, the first apricot blossom forest to bloom this year in Moc Chau, and visited it on January 4th. This is a new location not yet known to many tourists.
The area hasn't been developed for tourism yet, so visitors can come and admire the apricot blossoms for free. The hill is located about 3 km from the center of Moc Chau town. However, the road is quite steep, similar to the road to Hang Tau, so visitors should use a motorbike with a powerful engine to ensure safety, Mr. Kien said.
