On May 17, according to a source from Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien, Principal of the school, signed a document on the university enrollment plan with full-time training in 2025.

Accordingly, Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy recruits 12 majors with 2,325 targets, including: medicine, preventive medicine, traditional medicine, pharmacy, nursing, midwifery, nutrition, dentistry, medical testing techniques, medical imaging techniques, public health , biomedical engineering.

In 2025, Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy will recruit 2,325 students for the regular university system and 390 students for the regular bridging system.

Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy will consider admission with 5 methods: considering the results of the high school graduation exam; considering the results of the V-SAT exam; direct admission, priority for direct admission; considering training under contract; considering foreigners who have graduated from high school or intermediate school with a high school graduation program.

For contract training, training quotas are based on the needs of the provincial/municipal People's Committee, hospitals, agencies, and units in the health sector that have signed cooperation agreements and registered training contracts with the school. In particular, priority is given to grassroots, border, and island health care. Candidates must have a decision to be sent for training under a contract unit.

Estimated tuition fees for full-time university students are as follows: Medicine, dentistry, pharmacy (63.1 million VND/year); traditional medicine, preventive medicine (56.9 million VND/year); nursing, medical laboratory technology, biomedical technology (50.6 million VND/year); medical imaging technology, midwifery, public health, nutrition (44.4 million VND/year).

Meanwhile, for regular university training, the school has 390 quotas. Candidates can register in many forms but must ensure the input quality threshold such as considering the results of the high school graduation exam, supplementary exam + high school study results, considering high school study results, considering high school study results combined with intermediate/college.

Estimated tuition fees for full-time university transfer students are divided into 5 groups including: Medicine, dentistry (75.7 million VND/year); pharmacy (74.9 million VND/year); traditional medicine, preventive medicine (68.3 million VND/year); nursing, medical testing techniques (59.2 million VND/year); medical imaging techniques, midwifery, public health (51.9 million VND/year).
