Gia Lai students return to school on August 29

GD&TĐ - Students in Gia Lai province will return to school on August 29. Grades 1, 9 and 12 will return to school on August 22 to consolidate their knowledge.

On August 21, information from the Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee said that the unit issued a schedule for the 2025-2026 school year for preschool education , general education and continuing education in the province.

Accordingly, students across the province will return to school on August 29. Grades 1, 9 and 12 will return to school on August 22 to consolidate knowledge and practice study habits. The opening ceremony for the new school year will be held simultaneously on September 5.

In addition, the first semester ends before January 18, 2026 and the educational program and school year are completed before May 31, 2026. The recognition of completion of primary school and graduation from secondary school is held before June 30, 2026.

Along with that, enrollment for the first grade classes will be completed before July 31, 2026, ensuring readiness for the next school year.
