Building, nurturing and replicating typical examples in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style is very important. Because, through that, many individuals and groups have the opportunity to promote and contribute good models and practices locally in building their homeland.

Secretary of Tan Hoi Commune Youth Union Nguyen Van Khanh (born in 1997) shared: “I always strive to study and follow Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style. Specifically, I maintain morality and lifestyle, promote the pioneering and exemplary nature of a union member and maintain close relationships with the people, union members and youth. With this spirit, I have achieved many results in the process of performing my duties.”

In 2024, Nguyen Van Khanh, in his role as Secretary of the Commune Youth Union, together with the leadership team, successfully completed the Youth Union's tasks in Tan Hoi commune. Last year, the Executive Committee of the Commune Youth Union coordinated to mobilize more than 530 gifts for poor, near-poor and disadvantaged families with a total cost of more than 159 million VND. Mobilized more than 200 scholarships for children in difficult circumstances. Coordinated to mobilize the construction of a friendship house for Nguyen Hoang Minh, born in 2007, an orphan; a charity house for Mai Quang Truong, a member of Hoi Thanh hamlet who is having difficulty with housing, with a total cost of 100 million VND, along with many other activities.

In Mo Cay Nam district, Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo (13th tenure) on implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo "Promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle", Plan No. 74-KH/TU dated July 28, 2021 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, the District Party Committee Standing Committee has led and directed Party committees at all levels to deploy, thoroughly grasp and implement within the Party and all classes of people. Thereby, good models and effective ways of studying and following Uncle Ho have emerged and have been widely replicated, such as: The Center for Vocational Education - Continuing Education established a Group "Studying and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" to periodically implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW for teachers and students. High schools organized storytelling for party members at party cell meetings. Ms. Lam Thi Le - owner of Thanh Thoi B coconut facility, is enthusiastic about volunteer work and has been recognized and commended by all levels. Along with many other groups and individuals with effective ways of studying and following Uncle Ho in various fields.

Application in activities

According to Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee Nguyen Van Nhan, in recent times, Party committees at all levels in the district have done a good job of incorporating the content of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle into regular activities of Party cells with practical content, suitable for each agency and unit, contributing to improving the quality of Party cell activities, leadership capacity and fighting strength of grassroots Party organizations and Party members.

In the past time, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee has led and directed the basic and stable resolution of a number of issues of public concern such as: the Cam Son sand mine case, the "Dispute over the right of way" case in Phu Tay Thuong hamlet, Binh Khanh commune; the implementation of the Government 's support packages for people affected by Covid-19; the case with signs of property fraud; the policy of building Thom market (An Thanh); clearance for construction of the road to the District Political - Administrative Center, the Mo Cay river embankment project, Kenh Ngang bridge, Mo Cay 3 bridge... Most of the cases have been resolved to stabilize the situation, according to legal regulations and authority. Thereby, creating a high consensus in society, no hot spots of public opinion have arisen.

Deputy Secretary of Mo Cay Nam District Party Committee Nguyen Van Nhan said: In the coming time, Party committees at all levels in the district will continue to promote the exemplary role of leaders and managers, especially those who are in charge and set an example first, determined to create stronger changes, enhance the sense of responsibility and offensive thinking in performing the duties and tasks of each cadre and Party member. Well implement the inspection and supervision of the implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW at all levels and sectors. Focus on evaluating the results of following the commitment to self-cultivation, training and striving of each individual in parallel with criticizing collectives and individuals who have not performed well. On May 19, 2025, at the Nguyen Sinh Sac Memorial Site - Tuyen Linh Pagoda National Relic Site, Minh Duc Commune (Mo Cay Nam District), the People's Committee of Mo Cay Nam District organized a program to celebrate the 135th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2025). On this occasion, the district commended many outstanding collectives and individuals in implementing Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo (13th tenure) on implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo "On promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle".
