According to the forecast of Lao Cai Province Hydrometeorological Station, due to the influence of the northern edge of the tropical convergence zone connected with storm No. 5, the weather in the province will be cloudy, with scattered showers and thunderstorms, and locally heavy rain. In the high mountains, it will be cold at night and early morning.
