On the afternoon of October 9, according to reporters, many low-lying areas such as Duong Tu Minh Street, Xuan Hoa Street, Phan Dinh Phung Ward, Thai Nguyen Province are still flooded, but the spirit of "leaving no one behind" is still spreading strongly.

Mr. Phan Van Lap, living at 26/1 Duong Tu Minh Street, Quan Trieu Ward, shared that his house was flooded more than 3 meters deep. The flood started to recede last night and he is still receiving support from authorities to fix the problem after the flood.

Participating in guiding and regulating traffic at the Phan Dinh Phung - Cach Mang Thang 8 intersection, Lieutenant Colonel Cao Quy Duong, Head of the Cyber ​​Security and High-Tech Crime Prevention Department - Thai Nguyen Provincial Police, said that Thai Nguyen people in flooded areas are still facing many difficulties.

The authorities support the evacuation of people in dangerous areas to safety, continue to support people in dangerous areas with food, clean up their houses, and clean up the environment. The ultimate goal is to help people restore production and business activities.

Lieutenant Colonel Dinh Xuan Tung, Deputy Head of the Traffic Police Department, Thai Nguyen Provincial Police, said that the functional forces supported people in cleaning up their houses and roads after the flood so that they could quickly return to normal life.

Authorities use boats to provide food to people and transport those in dangerous areas in need of relief to safety, and guide traffic coordination, especially to serve the activities of leadership and relief teams.

“We have helped people before, during and after the floods, participated in relief and supported people with the spirit of finishing the job, not working until the end of the day,” emphasized Lieutenant Colonel Dinh Xuan Tung.

Mr. Dang Ngoc Tien, the rescue team leader in Da Nang, shared that his team participated in providing relief food, life jackets, dry rations, water, milk, etc. to people in the flooded areas of Thai Nguyen, helping people reduce some of their difficulties in the flood and return to their daily lives.
