On the afternoon of October 9, the conference hall area - where the 1st Lam Dong Provincial Party Congress took place - was bustling with the atmosphere of preparation. Reporters, technicians, and editors of Lam Dong Newspaper, Radio, and Television were present early, busy with cameras, microphones, and video cameras. Some adjusted the lighting, some set up the frames, some reviewed the scripts for electronic newspapers, printed newspapers, radio and television; all worked with a high level of concentration.

Along with that, dozens of reporters, editors, and technicians were assigned to be in charge of different areas: news, reports, press photos, electronic specials, etc. Each article and each image was carefully edited and selected to truly and vividly reflect the Congress atmosphere and the beliefs and expectations of cadres, party members, and people of the whole province.
