Leaders of Thai Nguyen province attending the Congress included comrades: Nguyen Thanh Binh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Do Thi Minh Hoa, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee; Nguyen Thi Loan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and 190 female intellectual delegates of Thai Nguyen province.

With the theme "Aspiration - Creativity - Solidarity - Dedication - Integration", the Congress evaluated the results of activities for the 2018-2024 term and set out the direction of activities for the 2025-2030 term.
Thai Nguyen Provincial Women Intellectuals Association, established in 2018, currently has more than 200 members.
During the 2018-2024 term, the Association achieved many outstanding results: members published 55 international articles, 178 domestic articles, published 27 books, owned 19 intellectual products, chaired more than 40 topics and projects and participated in nearly 70 topics at all levels. The Association organized many seminars on science - technology , intellectual property; participated in reviewing and consulting for the province's development programs.

Regarding social security, the Association has coordinated to organize free medical examinations in 8 communes, awarded 36 scholarships, supported disadvantaged women, built charity houses, and given gifts to children, Vietnamese Heroic Mothers, and female prisoners.
Many members were honored with major awards such as Kovalevskaia, Labor Medal, Vietnam Women's Award...
Orienting the term 2025-2030, the Association sets the goal of continuing to strengthen the association's organization; promoting scientific research activities, technology transfer, supporting production development; enhancing connections, linkages, and cooperation; building the brand "Thai Nguyen female intellectuals - Intelligence, responsibility, courage"; enhancing the position of female intellectuals in the province.

Speaking at the Congress, Prof. Dr. Le Thi Hop, President of the Vietnam Association of Women Intellectuals, acknowledged and commended the results that the Thai Nguyen Association of Women Intellectuals has achieved in recent times, and shared the difficulties of Thai Nguyen people due to the impact of storms No. 10 and 11.
Prof. Dr. Le Thi Hop suggested that the Thai Nguyen Women Intellectuals Association should strengthen innovation in thinking, apply digital technology in management and connect members. Promote the role of female intellectuals in research, consulting, and policy criticism. Proactively propose initiatives on green development, energy conversion, digital education, smart healthcare, and sustainable tourism. Build the image of a new-age female intellectual, knowledgeable, brave, and compassionate.
Along with that, promote cooperation with Associations nationwide, promote the advantages of Thai Nguyen - the educational and scientific center of the Northern midland and mountainous region, to have breakthroughs in the next term.

Speaking at the Congress, comrade Nguyen Thanh Binh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, on behalf of the provincial leaders, acknowledged and commended the Provincial Women's Intellectuals Association for its specific and practical activities, effectively implementing the Association's mission, and making worthy contributions to the economic, political and social development of Thai Nguyen province.
The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee expressed his belief that the team of female intellectuals will continue to promote creativity, contributing to the goal of turning Thai Nguyen into a modern industrial province with high average income before 2030, towards a developed province with high income before 2045.

The Congress elected: 37 members of the Executive Committee of the 2nd term, 11 members of the Standing Committee of the 2nd term, 3 members of the Inspection Committee, elected the positions of President and 6 Vice Presidents. Associate Professor, Dr. Ngo Thi Tinh continued to be elected as President of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Women Intellectuals Association for the 2025-2030 term.
