On this occasion, localities and businesses brought many regional specialties to the fair to serve Hanoi's Tet shopping needs. In particular, many cooperatives achieved quite high sales figures after just one day. Many people shared that they had enough shopping for the entire Tet holiday in just one afternoon at the fair.

At the booth of the Luc Ngan Green Agriculture Cooperative (Bac Ninh), the shopping atmosphere was very lively. Mr. Nguyen Van Bien, the cooperative's representative, said that the unit brought characteristic products such as apples, oranges, tangerines, guavas, dried mangoes, Bui spring rolls, and "Happiness" sticky rice cakes...
"The highlight of these products is that they are produced in a safe manner, meeting VietGAP standards, ensuring quality so consumers can rest assured and not worry about pesticide residue," Mr. Bien shared.
During the fair, the cooperative's products were sold at discounted prices compared to regular days, and were well-received by customers.
After just the first two days of the fair, the booth's revenue had already exceeded ten million dong. Mr. Bien expects that if the number of visitors continues to increase in the coming days, the total revenue for the entire fair could reach a higher level, thereby expanding opportunities to bring safe agricultural products closer to consumers in the capital city.

Similarly, Tan Viet A Cooperative ( Cao Bang ) also recorded a stable number of customers right from opening time. The cooperative focuses on convenient dried products for Tet feasts such as red ginger vermicelli, bamboo shoots, wood ear mushrooms, and shiitake mushrooms...
Most notably, Tan Viet A vermicelli, the cooperative's flagship product, is made from 100% pure red arrowroot grown in Cao Bang. According to Ms. Dao Thi Thuy Linh, a representative of the cooperative, sales were quite good in the first two days. It is expected that in the coming days, especially as Tet (Lunar New Year) approaches, the number of customers will increase even more.
A distinctive highlight at this year's fair is the appearance of premium tea lines from Thai Minh Import-Export Trading Co., Ltd. ( Thai Nguyen ). The company is showcasing specialty green teas from Thai Nguyen, Tet gift sets, and various floral tea products to meet the needs of gifting and consumption during the year-end season.
Beyond focusing on flavor, this company is also a leader in consumer protection with its proprietary tamper-evident seal technology, which is protected in Vietnam, the United States, and 27 EU countries.
According to Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Thao, the company's director, Thai Minh's green tea products have a diverse range of segments, from affordable to high-end. The standard range is priced at around 300,000 – 600,000 VND/kg, suitable for everyday consumption. High-end lines such as premium tea cost around 5 million VND/kg, while the handcrafted lotus-infused tea – the company's highest-end product – can reach 7.5 million VND/kg.
Although some units, such as the Bac Kan Sticky Rice Cake Cooperative, had a slower start on the first morning, the unit's representative, Ms. Loc Thi Hanh, still expressed optimism: "This is a great opportunity to bring sausages, smoked meat, and traditional cakes from the highlands closer to the Hanoi market. We expect purchasing power to explode in the days leading up to Tet."
The appeal of the fair stems from the quality and transparency of the goods. Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoan (Long Bien ward) shared: “I have great confidence because the goods here have clear origins, and many items meet OCOP standards. The prices are reasonable; just one visit around the fair is enough for me to buy everything I need for Tet.”

With its well-organized scale, diverse booths, and strict quality control process, the 2026 Spring Fair not only helps local cooperatives and businesses expand their markets but also provides a safe and convenient shopping space for Hanoi residents ahead of the Lunar New Year of the Horse.
