Comrade Nguyen Dinh Long, Chairman of the Yen So Ward Trade Union, said: The program had more than 200 union members and workers participating in periodic health check-ups, including 90 female workers and 153 male workers, divided into 2 phases to ensure convenience in the organization process.

At An Viet General Hospital, workers receive general health check-ups, clinical examinations, health care consultations, and screenings for common diseases. Through this activity, union members and workers have the opportunity to monitor their health status, detect early health risks, and proactively seek timely care and treatment.
According to Comrade Nguyen Dinh Long, caring for the health of union members and workers has always been considered an important task by the trade union organization, contributing to protecting human resources, improving labor quality, and building a safe and sustainable working environment. Organizing regular health check-ups not only helps workers feel secure in their work but also demonstrates the responsibility and support of the trade union organization and the enterprise towards the workers.

Within the framework of the program, the Yen So Ward Trade Union also presented gifts to encourage the Trade Union of Mutosi Group Joint Stock Company, contributing to spreading the spirit of sharing and solidarity between the trade union organization and the enterprise and its employees.
This meaningful activity further affirms the role of trade unions in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers. At the same time, it contributes to building harmonious and stable labor relations, creating motivation for workers to stay with the enterprise long-term, and working together to improve production and business efficiency and socio-economic development.
