To honor the most impressive photojournalism works of 2022, create a platform for photojournalists, and encourage innovation, creativity, and fresh perspectives on photojournalism, the Journalists & Public Opinion Newspaper is organizing the "Journalistic Moment 2022" Photo Award within the framework of the 2023 Journalism Gala program.
The "Journalistic Moment" photo contest, organized by the Journalists & Public Opinion Newspaper, has successfully completed four seasons. This year, the Organizing Committee of the Contest received hundreds of entries, including single photos and photo sets, totaling thousands of images capturing outstanding moments of social life in 2022. All of this promises the success of the contest.

The Organizing Committee of the Award announces the decision to establish the Judging Panel for the "Journalistic Moment 2022" Photo Award.
After reviewing the regulations for the "Journalistic Moment 2022" photo contest, the judging panel proceeded to evaluate the submitted works.
The judging panel consists of experienced journalists specializing in photojournalism, as well as photographers with outstanding work and extensive experience.
Nguyen Duc Loi, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Journalists Association and Chairman of the Judging Panel for the "Journalistic Moment 2022" Photo Award, spoke at the meeting.
The members of the judging panel evaluated and analyzed the quality and content of each submitted photojournalism entry.
This year's council also includes, for the first time, journalist and photographer Ho Sy Minh, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists, and Editor-in-Chief of Photography and Life Magazine.
Along with journalist Nguyen Duc Loi, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Journalists Association, journalist and photographer Nguyen Thang - Editor-in-Chief of Vietnam Photo News - also served as Vice President of the judging panel.
The judging panel included journalist and photographer Viet Van from Lao Dong Newspaper, and journalist and photographer Dong Van Hieu, a lecturer at the University of Theatre and Film. The panel members selected three award categories for three themes: Current Affairs, Sports , and Social Life.
