In the face of the requirements and tasks set out, I request that you promote a sense of responsibility, focus on researching, discussing, analyzing, clarifying the causes, subjective and objective, participating in giving opinions, focusing on comprehensively completing the tasks of socio-economic development; Maintaining national defense and security and Party building work, the socio -political system in the last 6 months of 2025 (after merging the two provinces of Bac Ninh and Bac Giang into the new Bac Ninh province) will be successful, creating a premise for the successful organization of the new Bac Ninh Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

The conference approved reports on the results of the first 6 months of the year and tasks for the last 6 months of the year on: Implementation of political tasks; implementation of the Public Investment Plan; implementation of the State budget estimate. At the same time, the Report on the explanation of the 2024 budget settlement; report on the results of the implementation of the Master Plan on Environmental Protection of Bac Ninh Province for the period 2019-2025; results of 3 years of implementing Resolution No. 52-NQ/TU dated March 18, 2022 of the Provincial Party Committee on Digital Transformation of Bac Ninh Province to 2025, with a vision to 2030; comments on 15 reports and reports in various fields.

In the first 6 months of 2025, the Provincial Party Committee focused on leading, directing, thoroughly grasping, propagating, and seriously implementing the resolutions, directives, and conclusions of the Central Committee and the province.
