The workshop was chaired by comrades: Pham Van Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Prof. Dr. Le Van Loi, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics; leaders of the Ho Chi Minh Institute and leaders of the Party (Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics) and the Provincial Political School. Also attending the workshop were comrades of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee: Tran Minh Nam, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Chau Thi Thanh Ha, Secretary of the Phan Rang-Thap Cham City Party Committee; leaders of the Political Schools of Binh Thuan , Lam Dong, Khanh Hoa provinces and leaders of departments, branches and localities in the province.

The workshop is an opportunity for the Provincial Party Committee and the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics to review comprehensively and objectively the process of coordinating leadership, direction, and organization of the implementation of Ho Chi Minh's thought training for cadres and teachers in the education sector; propose solutions to promote the training and dissemination of Ho Chi Minh's thought in the education sector and expand it to other sectors and localities in the province and the whole country. With that purpose and meaning, the workshop listened to the introductory speech presented by Prof. Dr. Le Van Loi and 12 opinions and discussions directly at the hall, along with 29 reports and discussions sent to the Organizing Committee. From many different perspectives, the delegates focused on analyzing, evaluating, and summarizing the process of coordinating the organization of Ho Chi Minh's thought training over the past 25 years; analyzing and clarifying the context and necessity of training Ho Chi Minh's thought for cadres and teachers in the education sector of the province since the late 1990s; Achievements, limitations, difficulties and issues for the work of fostering Ho Chi Minh's ideology in the new situation.
Speaking at the workshop, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee emphasized: The results of 25 years of implementing the work of fostering Ho Chi Minh's ideology for cadres and teachers in the province's education sector have contributed to affirming and clarifying more deeply the sustainable value of Ho Chi Minh's ideology and the implementation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology training courses for cadres and teachers is a correct policy, meeting practical requirements, contributing to the implementation of the political tasks of the province and of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics. In particular, the training courses are practical activities contributing to the implementation of the Party's policy on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in the past time, implementing the political tasks of each locality and unit, associated with the work of building and rectifying the Party, participating in protecting the Party's ideological foundation, fighting against erroneous and hostile views in the new situation.

In order for the study and training of Ho Chi Minh's ideology in the education sector in particular, and among cadres and people in general, to continue to become a regular activity, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that in the coming time, Party committees and authorities at all levels continue to fully and deeply grasp the content and meaning of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW of the Politburo, and at the same time, launch emulation movements to study, work and produce practically, close to the reality of each agency, locality and unit. Thereby, discovering and praising good people, good deeds, advanced examples, good models, effective and creative ways of studying and following his ideology, morality and style, creating a widespread influence in the whole society. For the Provincial Political School, the Political Training Centers of districts and cities, it is necessary to research and innovate the content, structure and time of the training program, use modern teaching methods, promote the positivity and initiative of students; Innovate the form and method of examination, testing and evaluation of training results to ensure honesty and objectivity. Pay attention to selecting and arranging a team of lecturers with high qualities, professional qualifications, good teaching methods, and invite a team of teachers and scientists from the Central and local levels where classes are held. In the teaching process, the team of lecturers needs to actively integrate the contents of Ho Chi Minh's ideology with the fight against erroneous and hostile viewpoints, contributing to the implementation of Resolution 35 of the Politburo on strengthening the protection of the Party's ideological foundation.
He also hoped that the leaders of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics would continue to pay more attention to directing the research, study, application and development of Ho Chi Minh's ideology through training courses on Ho Chi Minh's ideology for officials and teachers in the education sector. Close coordination should be strengthened between the Provincial Party Committee, the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics and affiliated advisory agencies in planning and organizing annual classes as well as evaluating, summarizing and concluding the work of training on Ho Chi Minh's ideology to promote strengths, overcome limitations, draw lessons, and help the work of training on Ho Chi Minh's ideology achieve better results in the following stages.
