With the motto "Connecting - Accompanying - Spreading Love," the program serves as a bridge connecting people from Bac Lieu and Ca Mau who are studying at universities in the Southwestern region of Vietnam. This is not only an artistic playground for students but also spreads the spirit of unity, solidarity, and promotes the cultural identity of their homeland within the student community.

The arts and culture competition featured 22 performances from 11 student associations in Bac Lieu and Ca Mau provinces, universities in Can Tho city, Hau Giang province, and Vinh Long province. The participating units presented meticulously prepared, meaningful performances that reflected the rich cultural identity of their respective regions.
The program also includes career guidance and entrepreneurship workshops, with participation and sharing from representatives of businesses and schools.
22 scholarships were awarded to students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
On this occasion, the Bac Lieu - Ca Mau Hometown Association in Can Tho City awarded 22 scholarships (each worth 2 million VND) to students in difficult circumstances, sponsored by Nam A Bank. In addition, the Bac Lieu - Ca Mau Hometown Student Club in Can Tho City was also launched. To mark this event, the Organizing Committee also raised funds and donated 100 English language learning cards, worth 50 million VND, to the club…
