Over 200,000 visitors attended the Tuyen Quang City Festival 2023.

According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Tuyen Quang province, at the 14th "Through the Heritage Regions of Viet Bac" tourism program and the Thanh Tuyen Festival in 2023 (from September 20 to 27), Tuyen Quang attracted over 200,000 tourists, generating a total social revenue of 280 billion VND.

In the first nine months of 2023, the province welcomed nearly 2.3 million tourists , reaching 91% of the annual plan, an increase of 7.7% compared to the same period last year; total revenue from tourism services reached 2,687 billion VND, equivalent to 90% of the annual plan, an increase of 24% compared to the same period last year.

Over 200,000 tourists visited the Thanh Tuyen Festival 2023.

These include events such as the Tuyen Quang Provincial Trade and Tourism Fair 2023, which featured over 250 booths and the participation of over 200 trade and tourism promotion organizations, businesses, and traders from both domestic and international sources, as well as six provinces in the Viet Bac region ( Cao Bang , Bac Kan, Lang Son, Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang, and Ha Giang), along with industry associations and craft villages nationwide.

Over the past 20 years, the Thanh Tuyen Festival has been recognized three times by Guinness Vietnam for setting records: "The Mid-Autumn Festival with the most large lantern models in Vietnam"; "The largest Mid-Autumn Festival feast in Vietnam"; and "The largest pair of rotating lanterns in Vietnam". The series of activities for the 14th "Through the Heritage Regions of Viet Bac" tourism program and the 2023 Thanh Tuyen Festival has concluded, but the lingering emotions remain, resonating in the hearts of delegates, tourists, and people both domestically and internationally.

In 2023, Tuyen Quang province aimed to attract over 2.5 million tourists, generating 3,000 billion VND in tourism revenue. By 2025, the province set a target of welcoming over 3 million tourists; achieving total tourism revenue of over 4,800 billion VND; contributing 6% or more to the GRDP; and creating jobs for over 25,000 workers.
