More than 500 police officers from Ho Chi Minh City came to the capital to prepare for the National Day parade on September 2.
More than 500 police officers and soldiers traveled from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi to participate in training and parade in the A80 formation.

At around 9:00 a.m. on July 3, train carrying group 1 of 322 police officers and soldiers arrived at Hanoi Station in a joyful and excited atmosphere. The soldiers arrived in the capital to a warm welcome from the people and their comrades. The People's Public Security force has arrived at Hanoi Railway Station, ready to perform its duties. Senior Lieutenant Trinh Van Hai, a teacher of unit E29 K02, in charge of the standing section of the Traffic Police force, was moved when his relatives came to welcome him and gave him flowers. "Today I brought my students to Hanoi to prepare for training and carry out the A80 mission. As a child born and raised in Hanoi, this is a special and emotional return to my hometown when my teammates and I were welcomed by a large number of people with joy and happiness," Senior Lieutenant Hai said. After a long journey, despite the hardship, the officers and soldiers were all very excited about the A80 mission. The officers and soldiers will be brought to the Training, Professional Development and VocationalEducation Center No. 1 (Mobile Police Command, in Chuong My District) for gathering and training. These will be the standing blocks participating in the parade.
