"Tự hỏi" (I Wonder) is the recently released music video by singer Hồng Nhung, featuring meticulous and elaborate production. The song was composed by Lope Phạm, arranged by musician Lê Thanh Tâm, and styled in R&B. This musical project collaborated with two young artists, Trung Trần and Lope Phạm, along with choreographer Tấn Lộc and the Arabesque dance troupe.

"Questioning" is directed by Phuong Vu, one of the most prominent young creative figures in Vietnam today. "Questioning" is a melancholic love story, but not gloomy or despairing; instead, it maintains unwavering faith, looks towards the future, and awaits a happy day.

The music video, featuring young artists, has a fresh and modern feel. The same is true of singer Hong Nhung's singing style. Music lovers know her for her sweet, sentimental love songs by Trinh Cong Son or love songs about Hanoi , performed with technical skill, vocal control, and a rich, experienced voice. But with "Tu Hoi" (Self-Questioning), her voice leans more towards emotion than technique. Instead of singing slowly and emotionally, she runs the notes faster, with less vibrato and embellishments. Each lyric resonates as if "extracting the heartstrings," questioning, poignant, and deeply moving.

In the music video, there are many scenes where she has to hang suspended in the air up to 9 meters high, despite having just undergone major surgery to treat cancer. Speaking about this and her singing style in "Tự hỏi" (I Ask), singer Hồng Nhung shared: "My voice at that moment carried an added sense of gratitude. I realized I was smaller than a grain of dust."

Life's events have changed the singer at the age of 55, but not in a pessimistic or negative way; instead, they have inspired optimism in life. Therefore, when she released the music video "I Ask," many people felt happy and used it as motivation for themselves.

Since being diagnosed with cancer, singer Hong Nhung has strived for treatment and become an inspiration to others in similar situations. She has appeared in many community projects, released collaborative works, performed numerous concerts, and produced musical works… Hong Nhung's appearances are always radiant and wholeheartedly dedicated to music.

As the main character in VTV3's recent "Weekend Rendezvous" program, singer Hong Nhung confided that it was music, her audience, and the love of her family that helped her maintain her unwavering spirit and not give up. She believes that with a strong spirit, any obstacle can be overcome. It's a voice that has weathered storms, continuing to sing with all its passion, spreading positive energy to everyone.
