On August 19, news from Van Lang University said that the school was honored to receive two important awards at the HR Asia Awards 2025: Best Working Environment in Asia and Sustainable Working Environment 2025.

The award results are comprehensively evaluated through exclusive internal surveys, regional benchmarking and international expert panels. HR Asia Awards are currently held in more than 12 countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam..., becoming a prestigious milestone to help organizations affirm their leading employer brands in the region.
In 2025, HR Asia Award in Vietnam received 655 nominations from organizations and businesses. After the survey, interview, and data evaluation process, HR Asia Magazine officially honored 119 businesses and organizations with the best working environment in Asia.
In addition to the main award, HR Asia Awards honored 4 sub-award categories, including: Outstanding diversity, equality and inclusion policy; Sustainable working environment; Technology leadership; Excellent employee care.
