On August 19th, news from Van Lang University announced that the university had proudly received two important awards at the HR Asia Awards 2025: Best Workplace in Asia and Sustainable Workplace 2025.

The award results are comprehensively evaluated through exclusive internal surveys, regional benchmarking, and an international panel of experts. The HR Asia Awards are currently held in over 12 countries, including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam, becoming a prestigious milestone that helps organizations establish themselves as leading employers in the region.
In 2025, the HR Asia Award in Vietnam received 655 nominations from organizations and businesses. After a process of surveying, interviewing, and evaluating data, HR Asia Magazine officially honored 119 businesses and organizations with the best working environments in Asia.
In addition to the main award, the HR Asia Awards honored four subsidiary award categories, including: Outstanding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Policies; Sustainable Workplace; Technology Leadership; and Excellent Employee Care.
With its current staff of over 2,000, Van Lang University boasts a diverse workforce in terms of age, expertise, gender, and nationality. Dr. Vo Van Tuan, Vice Rector of Van Lang University, stated that the university's human resources policy is built on three pillars: integrity and accountability; establishing systematic fairness; and fostering inclusive and equitable dialogue; along with clear objectives: building a people-centered organization, developing a highly skilled professional workforce, optimizing organizational structure according to international standards, and creating a digital ecosystem that connects the Van Lang community.
