Huong Tram tells her life story through music.
The "Lifeline" showcase marks a special milestone in Huong Tram's career after her time studying and living in the US. At the event, the singer's family and close friends such as Hoang Hai, Vo Ha Tram, Lam Bao Ngoc, MC Khanh Vy, etc., were present to congratulate her. People's Artist Tien Dung - Huong Tram's father, expressed his gratitude and thanked the audience present at the showcase. "This is not just the launch of a singer's project, but marks a new stage of development for Huong Tram in her life," he shared.
Huong Tram stated that "Lifebuoy" is not just the album title but also a gift to her audience, those who patiently waited for her. The singer recounted that she saw in the song not only a love story but also an image of herself during her years living far from home. Therefore, the album is also a symbol of her journey to find peace, to rediscover her reason to stand on stage and sing with the most genuine emotions. "I've had moments of uncertainty in my career. The biggest fear for an artist is being away for too long, not knowing if the audience will be waiting for them when they return. And when I came back, the audience was still waiting and loving me. For me, they are my lifebuoy," she expressed.

Looking back over the past five years, Huong Tram said her life has changed a lot and she has learned to face pain instead of avoiding it. The singer shared: "I learned to be patient with my pain and wounds. During my time in America, I kept thinking about what more the audience would expect from me. And I realized that I still have many things to improve, learn, and listen to in order to become better and more mature."
The new album comprises 12 songs, including "Lifebuoy," "Wishing You Much Sadness," "Giving You to Her," "I've Grown Up Inside You," "When That Person Appears," "Choosing an Ending Than Waiting," "Drunk on You ," etc. This is Huong Tram's second studio album in her 12-year singing career. With this project, the female singer wants to affirm her maturity after the hardships she has experienced. She doesn't prioritize chasing trends, but chooses to pursue her career seriously, focusing on listening to and expressing her own inner voice.

The singer bravely stepped out of her comfort zone and experimented with new things.

Gone are the familiar images of emotionally heavy ballad love songs; the album is shaped by a cinematic pop style combined with contemporary pop and restrained R&B elements. This deliberate combination creates an expansive musical space, like a film with multiple layers of scenes and emotional shifts at each point. Huong Tram enters the album with a mature, calm, and more profound voice, reflecting a woman who has been hurt and is learning to rise again with her own heart.
A key highlight of the showcase was the sharing session by musician Hung Quan, the man behind three compositions: "Lifebuoy," "I Wish You'd Carry More Sadness," and "Give Him to Her. " The musician shared that the songs were written from true stories and reflect the singer's journey. Huong Tram also revealed that the three songs are three consecutive emotional slices of a beautiful love story: heartbreak, sadness, and peace. It's not just the story of the character in the song, but also something she has experienced. The second half of the album builds momentum with a strong pop style through " It's Okay Not To Be Okay" and "Choosing an Ending Over Waiting" before exploding with emotion in "Get Out Of Your Game," and finally concluding with the melancholic aftertaste of "It's My Fault."

Both had made a strong impression during their time on The Voice Vietnam , so this reunion held great significance for the fans. The male singer wished his former girlfriend good health so she could continue contributing to the industry and expressed his desire to learn from her in his career.
In response, Huong Tram shared that she was truly moved to see Bui Anh Tuan return to the stage, just like how she herself is making a "comeback." The female singer expressed: "I believe that there are many people out there who love Bui Anh Tuan's beautiful voice. I hope Tuan will use that love as motivation to continue contributing."
