Spreading the spirit of youth
These days, throughout the central streets, as well as in universities, offices, and residential areas, symbols of the 13th National Congress of the Youth Union are appearing more and more prominently, creating a vibrant, youthful, and enthusiastic atmosphere.
Along major streets such as Tran Hung Dao, Ba Trieu, Phan Dinh Phung, Dien Bien Phu, Nguyen Chi Thanh, Van Cao - Lieu Giai, and Tran Duy Hung, hundreds of banners carrying messages welcoming the congress were uniformly hung on Hanoi 's lotus-shaped display stands. These prominent banners and slogans, in the traditional green color of the Youth Union, not only beautify the urban landscape but also contribute to spreading the spirit of the Vietnamese youth to the people of the capital.

According to the Central Committee of the Youth Union, Hanoi has deployed 500 banners along many key routes, creating a special "youth flower street" leading up to the important political event for young people nationwide. At many central intersections, large billboards featuring winning entries from the poster design competition promoting the congress have been installed, attracting the attention of the public. The images vividly portray dynamic, creative, proactive, and volunteer Vietnamese youth, along with their aspirations to contribute to the country, helping to convey the message of a confident young generation entering a new era of national development.
In particular, the congress's emblem was placed at many iconic locations in Hanoi, such as the Hoan Kiem Lake area, the statue of King Ly Thai To, the statue of Ly Tu Trong, and Thong Nhat Park. These structures not only serve as scenic landmarks but also become places for union members, young people, and citizens to capture memorable moments. The atmosphere of the congress was also present on public LED screens in many wards of Hanoi. Trailers and TV commercials introducing the congress were broadcast during peak hours, making it easy for people to access information about the event.
Beyond visual propaganda activities, the atmosphere leading up to the congress is also reflected in practical youth projects and activities throughout the capital. Many volunteer teams are participating in environmental protection, supporting digital transformation, building civilized cities, and caring for social welfare. These concrete actions are the most meaningful welcome from Hanoi's youth to the 13th National Congress of the Vietnam Youth Union.
