Hoa Vang District Resolves Increasing Number of Land Records

On May 16, the People's Committee of Hoa Vang district said that the Chairman of the People's Committee of the district requested relevant units to focus on receiving and handling administrative records and procedures due to the increasing number of organizations and individuals coming to do procedures, especially the number of records received by the City Land Registration Office Branch in the district has increased, at times overloaded and is expected to continue to increase compared to normal levels from now until June 30.

The Chairman of the District People's Committee requested relevant units to focus on receiving and processing dossiers of organizations and individuals, especially in the field of land. In particular, the City Land Registration Office Branch in Hoa Vang District regularly monitors citizens' need to submit administrative procedures to flexibly arrange additional personnel to receive dossiers, creating the most favorable conditions for people.

Specialized agencies related to handling administrative procedures under the jurisdiction of the District People's Committee continue to thoroughly grasp and request concentration, creating all favorable conditions in receiving, processing, resolving dossiers of organizations and individuals and returning results in accordance with regulations.

For overdue records, the Head of the Department of Agriculture and Environment and the Director of the City Land Registration Office Branch in Hoa Vang District will increase professional staff to coordinate and handle them thoroughly. For overdue records, the relevant departments and units will apologize to citizens and inspect, rectify and remedy the situation.
