Apple has officially introduced the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max, the two most premium models in the iPhone 17 lineup. Tim Cook described them as the most powerful and ambitious iPhones Apple has ever created.

Starting at $1,099 for the 256GB version, the iPhone 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max are aimed at high-end users who want to experience the new design along with powerful performance. Compared to their predecessors, the price remains essentially the same as the 128GB internal storage option has been removed.

Notably, the iPhone 17 Pro Max version marks the first time it offers an internal storage option of up to 2 TB. Priced at $1,999 , it also becomes the most expensive iPhone ever. In Vietnam, this version is sold for 64 million VND, available for pre-order from September 12th and will be delivered to customers from September 19th.

The iPhone 17 Pro and 17 Pro Max are considered to have major improvements, including vibrant colors, a two-tone design, and a high-resolution camera.

Both models use the A19 Pro chip, the most powerful and energy-efficient processor Apple has ever developed. This is a 3nm process chip with a 6-core CPU that Apple claims is "the fastest on a smartphone today," along with a 5-core GPU.

The iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max only come in three color options: silver and blue, but stand out from previous Pro models with a new orange color.

In terms of design, Apple has switched from titanium back to a unibody aluminum frame, and both the front and back are covered with scratch-resistant Ceramic Shield material, with the front featuring a second-generation, ultra-durable coating. Despite the change in materials, the size of the Pro series remains almost unchanged.
