The collaborative program is expected to run for over three months (from June to early September 2026), with two main pillars: training courses on "Cultural Storytelling in the Digital Age" and the "Touch Vietnam 2026" video creation contest.

The training program combines nationwide field implementation, with the initial phase being taught directly by YouTube's technology experts.

The video creation contest is scheduled to launch on June 6th and award prizes in September 2026, encouraging video works rich in humanistic values, expressed in modern language, and capable of strongly attracting the public on digital platforms.
