Booking.com has just announced the top 10 most searched domestic destinations for Vietnamese travelers during the Hung Kings' Commemoration Day holiday in 2025. The list of most searched destinations is based on accommodation searches, with check-in dates from April 4th, 2025 to April 7th, 2025.
Accordingly, Da Nang topped the search rankings. Following closely behind were popular destinations including Da Lat, Nha Trang, Ho Chi Minh City, Vung Tau, Hanoi , Hue, Phu Quoc, Hoi An, and Mui Ne.
Flight search data on Booking.com also reflects the diverse travel preferences of Vietnamese travelers, with destinations spanning from North to South.
Da Nang continues to lead the top 10 most searched destinations for flights between April 4th and April 7th, 2025. Following closely behind are Cam Ranh and Phu Quoc, the most searched domestic destinations, demonstrating the enduring appeal of coastal regions.

Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Phu Cat, Da Lat, and Hue are also on the list of popular destinations for travelers seeking relaxation and cultural experiences during their holidays.
Three other destinations also made it into the top 10: Phu Quoc, Tuy Hoa, and Vinh.
During this year's Hung Kings' Commemoration Day holiday, Vietnamese tourists actively explored both domestic and international trips, with destinations in the Asia-Pacific region being a top priority. Vietnamese travelers sought short international trips offering diverse experiences, from urban exploration to relaxing getaways.
With their affordable costs, diverse and vibrant cultures, and the characteristic energy of a city, nearby destinations in the Asian region are becoming increasingly popular.
Thailand continues to be a top choice, with Bangkok being the most searched-for international destination, followed by Tokyo (Japan) and Seoul (South Korea). Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), Singapore, Osaka (Japan), Hong Kong (China), Ubud (Indonesia), Kyoto (Japan), and Taipei (Taiwan, China) also feature on the list, reflecting the diversity of Vietnamese travel preferences.
