On the evening of July 4th, the Provincial People's Committee Office, in coordination with the Dong Hung District People's Committee, organized the opening ceremony of the "Bringing Vietnamese Goods to Rural Areas 2024" program in Chuong Duong commune (Dong Hung).

Provincial leaders and delegates cut the ribbon to inaugurate the program bringing Vietnamese goods to rural areas in Dongxing.

Comrades Nguyen Quang Hung, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vu Thanh Van, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; leaders of the Provincial People's Committee Office, leaders of Dong Hung district, and a large number of people from all walks of life attended the event.

The "Bringing Vietnamese Goods to Rural Areas" program, taking place from July 4-6, 2024, features 30 booths with the participation of businesses, producers, traders, and distributors of goods bearing Vietnamese brands and labels. The main products include rice, vermicelli, pho noodles, fish sauce, cooking oil, spices, laundry detergent, agricultural products, and other essential food items. The program also organizes consumer consultations, promotional sales, discounts, and product trials to help consumers experience high-quality Vietnamese products firsthand, build trust, change consumption habits, and support domestic businesses in boosting product sales in the domestic market.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: After many years of successful organization, the program "Bringing Vietnamese Goods to Rural Areas" has become a bridge helping businesses promote their brand image and products; and giving people more opportunities to choose high-quality consumer products at reasonable prices. In particular, the program helps businesses develop their distribution networks in the potentially lucrative rural market. This is also a practical activity to effectively implement the "Vietnamese People Prioritize Using Vietnamese Goods" campaign launched by the Politburo and Plan No. 85/KH-UBND of the Thai Binh Provincial People's Committee on the implementation of the Project on Developing the Domestic Market in conjunction with the "Vietnamese People Prioritize Using Vietnamese Goods" campaign for the period 2021-2025 in the province.

Following the ribbon-cutting ceremony to inaugurate the program bringing Vietnamese goods to rural areas, provincial leaders and delegates visited, encouraged, and wished the businesses, establishments, and households participating in the program good business and market expansion in Thai Binh in the future.
