Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Tran Song Tung, Vice Chairman of the Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee, affirmed: "Ninh Binh Tourism Week is organized at the most beautiful time of the year, when the Tam Coc rice fields are in their golden ripening season. This has formed and spread the brand 'Golden Tam Coc - Trang An,' a unique symbol where the beauty of nature blends with the rhythm of human labor, creating a vibrant picture amidst picturesque landscapes."

“The Ninh Binh Tourism Week 2026, themed “Ninh Binh – A Journey of Heritage Through the Ages,” is an event of special significance, contributing to the realization of Resolution No. 07 dated January 30, 2026, of the Ninh Binh Provincial Party Committee on the strategy for developing the cultural and tourism industry of Ninh Binh province until 2030, with a vision to 2045, aiming to build Ninh Binh into a center of heritage, ecological, cultural, and religious tourism in Vietnam,” Mr. Tran Song Tung emphasized.

Ninh Binh Tourism Week 2026, with its highlight being the "Golden Colors of Tam Coc - Trang An" Festival, includes unique activities such as: the ritual procession of agricultural products on the Ngo Dong River, activities recreating agricultural life, and folk cultural and artistic performances…
The inheritance, re-enactment, and promotion of traditional agricultural rituals in the ancient capital region aim to express gratitude to nature, to ancestors, and to agricultural deities. This also conveys a message of harmonious connection between humans and nature, the connection between different regions of the country, and reflects the spirit of national unity and the aspiration to preserve Vietnam's agricultural civilization for generations to come.
Ninh Binh Tourism Week 2026, lasting for 10 days at the end of May, will feature a variety of cultural and tourism activities, offering visitors a multi-layered, colorful, and vibrant experience.
