Urgently pay benefits and policies according to Decree 178 and Decree 67

On October 4, Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial People's Committee Pham Hoang Son signed and issued Document No. 3884/UBND-KT on urgently implementing the payment of regimes and policies according to Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP and Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP of the Government.

Accordingly, in Conclusion No. 195-KL/TW dated September 26, 2025 on the situation and results of the operations of the political system and local government apparatus at two levels, the Politburo and the Secretariat requested to make final payments before October 15, 2025 for those who retire early and quit their jobs according to the provisions of Decree No. 178/2024/ND-CP dated December 31, 2024 of the Government on policies and regimes for cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and armed forces in the implementation of the organization of the political system (amended and supplemented in Decree No. 67/2025/ND-CP dated March 15, 2025), which have decided to retire early and quit their jobs before August 31, 2025.

To ensure proper implementation of the direction of the Politburo and the Secretariat in Conclusion No. 195-KL/TW mentioned above, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requests heads of departments, branches, sectors, and organizations; Chairmen of People's Committees of communes and wards to urgently, seriously, and focus on directing and completing procedural documents according to regulations and sending them to the State Treasury to make payments, disbursements, and complete the payment of policies and regimes for subjects retiring before the age of retirement or quitting their jobs according to the provisions of Decree 178 and Decree 67, no later than October 6, 2025.

After October 6, 2025, if there are still cases of non-payment according to regulations, heads of departments, branches, and sectors; Chairmen of People's Committees of communes and wards shall be responsible to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the Provincial People's Committee; at the same time, handle cadres and civil servants causing delays in the implementation process.
