According to statistics, the total number of unused and surplus land and buildings resulting from the restructuring and handling of land and buildings is 195, including: 181 individual land and buildings and 14 land and buildings located within land clusters.
Regarding the 181 individual land and house properties, the Provincial People's Committee has assigned the Department of Finance to take the lead and urgently urge relevant agencies and units to complete the handover of these properties to the Provincial Land Fund Development Center and the District-level Investment and Construction Project Management Board for Land Fund Development, in accordance with the Provincial People's Committee's decisions on asset recovery and transfer.

The units managing and using the assets must fully hand over the assets and related documents to the Provincial Land Development Center and the District-level Investment and Construction Project Management and Land Development Board.
The Provincial Land Development Center plans and organizes the exploitation of land and property facilities in accordance with land law and related laws.
The District-level Investment and Construction Project Management and Land Development Board shall plan and organize the exploitation of housing and land facilities in accordance with the land law and related laws.
Regarding the properties and land within Cluster 3, the Provincial People's Committee has assigned the People's Committee of Vung Tau City to take the lead in coordinating with the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Department of Agriculture and Environment to urgently resolve the issue of relocating households from Cluster 3. The People's Committee of Vung Tau City will take the lead in inspecting the current situation and developing a plan for rearranging and handling the properties and land for each property within Cluster 3.
Regarding the properties and land in Cluster 5 of Ward 1, Vung Tau City, the Provincial People's Committee has assigned the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to manage them, develop auction plans, and organize auctions in accordance with regulations.
Regarding the properties located in Cluster 5B, the Department of Finance is tasked with advising the Provincial People's Committee to issue a decision on their recovery, and assigning the Provincial Land Fund Development Center to take over the management and exploitation of the four properties in Cluster 5B in accordance with land law regulations.
