At the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on assigning and appointing comrade Luong Duc Hai, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee and comrade Vo Hoan Hai, Director of the Department of Education and Training, to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee from September 29, 2025.
Speaking at the conference, Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Secretary Nghiem Xuan Thanh congratulated the comrades who were trusted and assigned to new positions by the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and expressed his confidence that with their extensive working experience, they will excellently fulfill their assigned responsibilities, meeting the trust of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, cadres, party members and people of Khanh Hoa province.
Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nghiem Xuan Thanh emphasized: The 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, has resolved to adopt the goal of bringing Khanh Hoa firmly into the decade of raising the level of development, double-digit economic growth, becoming a centrally-run city by 2030, a high growth pole of the whole country; the people have a high standard of living, are peaceful and happy.
The Congress also set out key goals and tasks for Party building, including cadre organization, propaganda and mass mobilization work.
Accordingly, Provincial Party Secretary Nghiem Xuan Thanh requested comrade Luong Duc Hai and comrade Vo Hoan Hai to quickly grasp the tasks of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board and the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Board, especially the tasks related to the implementation of the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress. At the same time, he requested the collective of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board and the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Board to unite and support the comrades to successfully complete the assigned tasks.
