
Specifically, in Bac Cam Ranh ward, the province held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Cam Ranh Bay Coastal Urban Area Project , invested by a consortium of Vinhomes JSC, Cam Ranh Investment JSC, and VinES Energy Solutions JSC. The project covers over 1,254 hectares of land, with a planned population of approximately 230,779 people; including 8,474 terraced houses, 10,732 villas, and 19,816 social housing units.
In Tu Bong commune , the Van Thang Resettlement Area Project - Phase 1 was commenced , with the Provincial Development Project Management Board as the investor. The project covers an area of 99.89 hectares in the two communes of Van Thang and Tu Bong, with a total investment of over 1,385 billion VND, aiming to build technical infrastructure, transportation, land leveling, and other supporting facilities.

In Phuoc Huu commune, the province held the inauguration ceremony for the Phuoc Thai 2 solar power plant , invested by Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN). The project has a designed capacity of 87MW/100MWp, with a total investment of 1,495 billion VND, contributing to supplementing renewable energy sources for the national power system.
In Hoa Tri commune, the first 20km of the Component Project 1 – Khanh Hoa - Buon Ma Thuot Expressway (Phase 1) was opened for technical traffic . The project has a total length of 32km and a total investment of 5,333 billion VND. The first 20km section, constructed by Son Hai Group Co., Ltd., was completed 6 months ahead of schedule.
In Khanh Vinh Bac commune , the Song Cho 1 Reservoir Project was inaugurated . The project is managed by Project Management Board 7 (Ministry of Agriculture and Environment). This is the largest reservoir in the province, with a capacity of 109 million m³, a dam height of 170m, and two water pipelines, serving agricultural development and domestic needs in the northern part of Khanh Hoa province.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony for the Cam Ranh Bay Coastal Urban Area Project, Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Tran Phong urged investors to focus resources, ensure quality, progress, technical safety, fire prevention and control, and security and order, while prioritizing the development of social housing, resettlement, and the employment of local labor.
Provincial leaders pledged to support businesses and create favorable conditions for implementation; at the same time, they directed departments, agencies, and localities to proactively shorten administrative procedures, accelerate land clearance, promptly resolve obstacles, and ensure the progress of projects.
