Permanent Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, Le Huu Hoang, requested the investor to accelerate the progress of the investment project for the construction and operation of infrastructure in the Doc Da Trang Industrial Park, striving to commence construction before April 2, 2025.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Khanh Hoa province, Le Huu Hoang, recently conducted an on-site inspection of the investment project for the construction and operation of infrastructure in the Doc Da Trang Industrial Park.
According to a report from the Van Phong Economic Zone Management Board, the investment project for the construction and operation of the Doc Da Trang Industrial Park infrastructure (invested by Viglacera Yen My Industrial Park Development Joint Stock Company) has a land area of 288 hectares, located in Van Hung commune (Van Ninh district) and Ninh Tho commune (Ninh Hoa town). The total investment capital of the project is over 1,807 billion VND.
To date, the Project has essentially completed the Zoning Plan (scale 1/2,000) and submitted it to the Provincial People's Council for consideration and approval at the special session on November 6, 2024.
Regarding land clearance, the Ninh Hoa Town People's Committee has completed the inventory of all 45 hectares comprising 59 land plots in Ninh Tho commune, affecting 18 cases.
The People's Committee of Van Ninh district also completed the inventory of 63.37/66 hectares in Van Hung commune, comprising 63 land plots, corresponding to 40/46 cases (the remaining cases are not located in the locality).
Mr. Hoang suggested that, in the coming period, the Van Phong Economic Zone Management Board, relevant departments, agencies, and localities, along with the investor, should proactively and actively implement the next procedures, accelerate the progress of the project, and strive to start construction before April 2, 2025.
At the same time, Mr. Hoang instructed the Van Phong Economic Zone Management Board to advise the Provincial People's Committee on adjusting the project implementation plan; to advise and propose to the Provincial People's Committee solutions to the difficulties, obstacles, and requests of the investor, especially issues related to the adjustment of land use right certificates for land parcels with overlapping administrative boundaries between Ninh Hoa town and Van Ninh district; and to study the construction of an access road from National Highway 1 to the project.
"The People's Committee of Ninh Hoa town and Van Ninh district should promptly approve the land compensation and support prices as a basis for developing the compensation and resettlement plan for the project…," Mr. Hoang requested.
