Khanh Hoa: Striving for tourism revenue to reach 60,000 billion VND in 2025

Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just issued a Plan to implement the Action Program of Khanh Hoa tourism industry in 2025.

Accordingly, in 2025, Khanh Hoa tourism industry determined to continue to promote domestic market growth, while continuing to diversify the international tourist market, in which it will continue to exploit the markets of Korean, Chinese, Russian, Kazakhstan, Thai, Malaysian tourists and target potential markets such as India, Japan, Australia... Specifically, the industry aims to welcome 11.8 million overnight guests in 2025; including 5.2 million international visitors, 6.6 million domestic visitors; striving for tourism revenue of 60,000 billion VND.

To achieve the above objectives, the Plan has set out key tasks such as: Continuing to implement key projects and plans of the industry, propaganda work to raise social awareness of tourism development; Building mechanisms and policies related to tourism, human resource development to serve tourism development in the province; Digital transformation in tourism activities; Implementing linkages and cooperation in tourism development; promoting the development of Khanh Hoa tourism brand and promoting tourism. At the same time, the Provincial People's Committee also assigned the Department of Tourism to preside over and coordinate with relevant departments, branches, localities, organizations and enterprises to organize the implementation of this plan with specific tasks, presiding agencies, coordinating agencies, completion time and issued products.
