Inauguration of the project 'National Flag Road

On July 20th, the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Chau Thanh commune, in coordination with the Youth Union of the University of Health Sciences (Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City), held a ceremony to inaugurate and hand over the youth project "National Flag Road - Lighting Up the Countryside Road".

Representatives from the University of Health Sciences presented a symbolic plaque representing the project to the local authorities.

Attending the ceremony were Professor, Dr. Ngo Thi Phuong Lan - Head of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee of the Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities; Pham Thi Bach Hue, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Chau Thanh Commune; Pham Xuan Hoa, Deputy Head of the Youth Union and Children's Affairs Department, Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union; and Le Ngoc Minh Hung, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the commune and Secretary of the Chau Thanh Commune Youth Union.

The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Chau Thanh commune, in coordination with the Youth Union of the School of Health Sciences, handed over the youth project "National Flag Road - Lighting up the Countryside Road".

The "National Flag Road - Lighting Up the Countryside" project, spanning 1km, incorporates the installation of 20 flagpoles and 20 solar-powered lights. It is located in hamlets 8 and 9 of Suoi Dop village, Chau Thanh commune, with a total cost of 40 million VND.

The project was carried out by volunteer soldiers from the University of Health Sciences with the support of the people of Suoi Dop hamlet, Chau Thanh commune.

After the handover, the local authorities will coordinate with the people of Suoi Dop hamlet to preserve, maintain, and maximize the long-term effectiveness of the project.

Representatives of the Provincial Youth Union presented gifts to the Summer Green Volunteer soldiers of the University of Health Sciences.

The "National Flag Road - Lighting Up the Countryside" project, once completed, not only ensures security and order and facilitates nighttime travel for residents but also demonstrates the patriotism and national pride of the younger generation.

On this occasion, representatives from the Party Committee of Ho Chi Minh City National University, the Tay Ninh Provincial Youth Union, and Chau Thanh commune presented gifts to encourage the volunteer soldiers of the Green Summer program from the University of Health Sciences.
